food inc.
this new movie food inc. seems like a must see.
about 4 years ago at the palm beach film festival and saw a movie about the new technology of food and how it is impacting the farmer and consumers. it was called the future of food i wish that it had a wider release. it took me 30 minutes to find this link. it is available through netflix. a must see. so much to learn.
I am really anxious to see food inc. this really gets me on my soap box. I will report back.
saying goodbye
we had a beautiful tribute to grandma today. i think it is just what she wanted. we were almost all there, just missing my sister.

sweet pea was in her room creating today and she came down with a bunch of parts of a ladybug drawn. she said that she wanted to cut them out and but them together. sounded great to me. andrew decided that he would draw her some bug and animal body parts that she could have to put other creatures together.
granny stopped by and she ended up cutting some.
grammy and poppy stopped by and they were enlisted to cut too. here are a few completed creatures.
we still have many parts just waiting to become creatures. i also told sweet pea if she wanted we could take some of these parts and make them into softies. another project for another day. it is going to be a very busy summer.
